If you are looking to get a bulk product form us, you have to follow a simple process of ordering.

Fill the RFQ Form

Once you contact us, we will require you to fill a RFQ form. This form will include the key information of your order details. We will understand your requirements to create a customised solution for you.

Finalise Your Design

In this step you will have to finalise the produc design and color. If necessary we will design a custom design for you.

Get a Quote

Once all details are final, we will send you a quote that describes the terms and conditions of the production. We will also send you a contact to sign. Once you agree on the terms you have to send the signed agreement back to us.

Deposit Your Money

After we receive the signed contact, you have to make a deposit payment. Usually this is about a large portion of the total production cost. It varies depending on the product and volume.

Approve the Sample

Before starting the bulk production, we will send a sample to you. after you review and approve the sample, we will start the final production.

Check Quality While We Manufacture

Once we start the production, we will constantly update you. While you sit and wait for the final production, we make sure that every piece of product is going through a rigorous quality check.

Balance The Payment

In this stage, our production is complete, and we will require you to make the final payment to balance. Once we receive the payment we will start the shipment process.

Shipping and Delivery

Finally, you will pack and send the product for shipment. Whether you want DHL or Cargo ship, we can arrange that. Our primary incoterm is FOB.

  • Lead time starts from the day we receive the sample approval.
  • Deposit can vary from 50% to 70% depending on the product and volume.

This form includes all the details of your order including your shipping information. Carefully fill this form to go for the next step of your sourcing.

Specify Garment Type that clearly indicate the type of garment you wish to produce. For example: T-shirts – Dresses – Shirts – Pants – Jackets, etc.
Specify the total number of garments required. Larger quantities typically yield better pricing,
Write the exact GSM and Fabric type that you want. Discuss us beforehand to know if the fabric is available or not.
Include the pantone code if you know. If you don’t have any preference, please mention that.
Please mention the size details. Mention the exact sizes that you want.
Please describe the design requirements you have. If you have a sample garment to serve as a reference, please mention. Also mention if you have the artwork.
Give us an estimated budget.

Usually, we use FOB shipping incoterm. That means it up to you how you want to get the product. we recommend DHL for small number of products and cargo ships for a large number of products.

Once we receive the final confirmation we will send you our payment information.

It will depend on the product. If you want ready to wear products and air shipment with DHL, we can send the product within a week.
